Are you looking for a place where you can wake up to the sound of gentle waves, walk barefoot on powdery white sand, and dive into crystal-clear turquoise waters? If it does, Andaman Islands is the perfect place for you! This five-day itinerary has been designed to give you a relaxed, light, and immersive beach holiday with no rush, just pure tropical bliss.

Andaman: A Serene Escape to Pristine Beaches

you'll land at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, which, by the way, is the ideal destination. The warm island breeze will be a greeting. Get into the rhythm of the island and take your first day easy.

What should you do now?

    • Check-in to your hotel – Make sure you choose a beachside resort for an incredibly relaxing experience.

    • Take a trip to Corbyn's Cove Beach: Spend time here and then on to the water, with a 15-minute drive from the airport you'll be in the right spot to dip your toes in the water and sip on fresh coconut water.

    • Attend the Cellular Jail Light & Sound Show – At this Colonial-era prison, experience the history of Andaman with an emotional light and sound show this evening.

Looking for tasty food to eat?

Try the New Lighthouse Restaurant for fresh seafood, or the Annapurna for vegetarian treats.

A Slice of Heaven – Day 2: Havelock Island

Wake up early, grab breakfast and board a ferry to Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep). Andaman’s most stunning beaches are right here waiting for you!

What to do today?

          •        Get checked in at your beach resort – for a great beachfront stay, choose Radhanagar Beach or Vijaynagar Beach which will be closest.

          •        Radhanagar Beach – so perfect that it almost looks like a postcard – some of the nicest beaches in Asia, with a white sand that is soft and inviting and water that is crystal-clear. Swim, sit in the sun, or watch the sun set in the afternoon.

          •        A quiet evening by the beach – grab a book, sip a tropical cocktail, and let the sound of waves provide the music for the night.

Where to eat?

Go to Something Different – A Beachside Café which offers a selection of Indian and international foods and a great ocean view.

Underwater Magic – Day 3: Scuba Diving and Snorkeling at Elephant Beach

You should never be in Andaman without taking a look at the underwater world. Today, you are going to take on an adventure!

What to do today?

          •        You can go scuba diving (or snorkeling) at Elephant Beach – to find out how coral flush with colors, colorful fish, and maybe even a sea turtle can look. If diving is not for you, even a simple snorkeling session will leave you amazed.

          •        Relax on the beach – after your underwater adventure, stretch out a bit on the shore, take a nap, or just breathe in the tranquility around you.

          •        Sunset at Kalapathar Beach – It’s a quiet spot where you can see a rocky shoreline and golden sunsets. And thus you can get away from the crowds.

Where to eat?

Hit up the Full Moon Café for its laid-back vibe and delicious seafood.

Day 4: Neil Island is a serene escape with a relaxing character.

In Havelock of two awesome days, getting off the island and head towards the small and beautiful Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep) by ferry, known for its slow pace and lovely beaches is an idea.

Things you can do today?

• Enjoy the natural bridge when the tides are low.

• Travel through Laxmanpur Beach and Bharatpur Beach, sunbathe, swim and explore the leisurely life of the small island. Also, Bharatpur Beach is perfect for glass-bottom boat trips.

• Hammock nap: Just about every beach resort here has hammocks, ready for you to curl up for a nap with a sea breeze blowing.

Where to eat?

At Sea Shell Samssara, you'll get fresh seafood and a beautiful view of ocean.

Day 5: Back to Port Blair, a peaceful goodbye!

The trip is almost over, but you still have the chance to explore and shop the last minute before your return.

What to do today?

• If you're evening flight timing, you can fit in a quick visit to Chidiya Tapu, Sunset Point and view the last magic Andaman sunset.

• To pick up some souvenirs like coconut shell handicrafts, pearl jewelry and local spices, you can walk through the Aberdeen Bazaar.

Last meal in Andaman

To give your trip a good finish, dine at Bella Bay on a floating restaurant.

Final thoughts

Five days in Andaman is just the right amount to bask in the sun, indulge in adventure and chill out at some of the world's most beautiful beaches. And the best part? You don't have to rush - you can simply go with the flow of the island and enjoy every moment.
